The guest house El Mirador is a pretty town house. It has for visitors two bedrooms, a living/dining room/kitchen and a terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the city, all on 4 different levels.
Superbly located in the center of Havana (Centro Habana district), El Mirador guest house is well connected to all parts of the city (Old Havana and Vedado). It is a two-minute walk from the Malecón, the famous avenue that borders the sea, in its so-called “traditional” part.
It is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends as it can be rented as a single room or as a whole. Access is via an independent staircase. Thus the guest house is separated from the owners who live on the ground floor.
The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are united in a large room on the first floor; with a toilet. A large double bedroom with balcony on the 3rd floor and a small double bedroom on the 2nd floor, each with its own bathroom. Both double bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning and fans.
A large private terrace on the 4th floor with a laundry room and toilet occupies the entire upper part of the house. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing during the day; sitting and enjoying the fresh Havana evening air while enjoying the sea and city views.
The house is fully furnished and arranged: there is a fridge/freezer, a gas stove, a washing machine, an iron and a hi-fi system.
