As its name suggests, this neighborhood is ideally located in the center of Havana, halfway and just a few minutes walk from the tourist areas of Old Havana (Habana Vieja) to the East, and the more modern Vedado to the West.

The guest house El Mirador is close to Alta Mar. It is a pretty blue house located 50 meters from the Malecón in a typical street of Havana. It has two bedrooms, a living/dining room/kitchen and a terrace at the top with a beautiful view of the sea and the city, all on 4 different levels.

Je recommande totalement Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (5 jours) chez Yuya et Pedro. La casa est idéalement située (juste à côté du Malecon et à 15 min à pied du centre ville), la chambre que nous avions eu est spacieuse, climatisée et très propre tout comme le reste de la casa. La terrasse est très agréable. Le petit déjeuné est servi sur la terasse et est copieux. Pedro et Yuya sont souriants et adorables : ils étaient au petit soin pour faire en sorte que notre séjour soit parfait. Je recommande totalement cette casa.

Een super geast house midden in Havanna We hebben een super tijd gehad in Havana, in dit hele mooie guest house. Dicht bij alle interessante locaties. Een geweldige uitzicht over zee en de stad.Yuya and Pedro waren zeer vriendelijk en hebben ons geholpen om onze verdere reis te plannen door Cuba. Havana en Cuba is zeker een aanrader.

Encantador Nos sentimos como en casa. Pedro es un excelente anfitrion, maravillosa y servicial persona. Los desayunos en la romantica terraza con vista al malecón, con jugos de frutas recien preparados por la encantadora Leukis. La típica calle habanera a media cuadra del malecón. Sin dudas lo volveriamos a elegir para alojarnos. Gracias por hacer tan maravillosa nuestra estadía. Claudia y Ricardo

Excellente adresse, vue à couper le souffle à quelques mètres du Malecon Séjour de 3 nuits avec Yuya et Pedro: que de très bons souvenirs! Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain ultra-confortable, très propre, climatisation fonctionnelle, petit-déjeuners copieux avec une vue imprenable, les hôtes sont adorables, à l'écoute et toujours souriants. Sans oublier l'emplacement qui est idéal, tout est accessible à pied. Définitivement l'un de mes meilleurs souvenirs de mes deux semaines à Cuba, on a côtoyer le summum de la bonne humeur. Je recommande vivement.

sèjour pittoresque à la havane Accueil chaleureux. Maison agréable bien située. Petits déjeuners sur la terrasse copieux, différents chaque jour. Pedro fort sympathique a été très disponible pour nous choisir les superbes et pittoresques taxis de la Havane.

Super séjour grâce a pedro Super maison à 50m du malecon donc super ambiance le soir et à 15min de marche du centre historique. Pas besoin d'organiser son voyage à l'avance Pedro s'occupe de tout, réservation des maisons d'hôtes et du taxi donc pas besoin de se stresser c'est génial. N'oubliez pas de prendre des vêtements dont vous ne voulez plus pour les offrir. On vous le demandera pas forcément à La Havane mais dans les autres villes ça de fait beaucoup plus.

Wir kommen wieder ! Wir waren für 4 Nächte im großen Zimmer der Casa von Pedro und Yuya. Das Zimmer hat ein Einzel- und ein Doppelbett, ein eigenes Bad, eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, einen kleinen Balkon und war sehr sauber. Das tägliche Highlight war das wunderbare Frühstück (mit großem Obstteller) auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer von Havanna. Pedro und Yuya sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Pedro kann man sich auch gut auf Deutsch verständigen. Er gibt gerne Tipps und organisiert bei Bedarf auch ein Taxi. Die Casa liegt sehr günstig, Der Malecón und die Altstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr Nett!!! Pedro und seine Frau machen einen tollen Job, schönes sauberes Zimmer und eine tolle Dachterrasse wo man den Flair Havannas spürt.Tolles Frühstück und Geistreiche Gespräche mit Pedro, der etwas deutsch spricht.Malecon ist gleich um die Ecke und ganz Havanna Fußläufig! Vielen Dank an Pedro!!!

El mejor huesped que tuvimos en Cuba. Pedro es una persona amabilísima, lo que se agradece en la turística Habana. Localización perfecta en Centro Habana, a una cuadra del Malecón con vistas al mar desde la terraza. Alejado del centro la Habana vieja llena de comercios y turistas, en una calle con el encanto más auténtico.
